Platform administration

Platform Admin is an explicit system privilege, separate from organization ownership and UserTypes. An authorized account can open /platform or select Platform Admin in the account access bar.

Available areas are account upgrade requests, the platform organization directory, and shared email delivery settings.

Account upgrades

Review Organization Admin upgrade requests. Approval immediately enables that account type and organization creation. Revocation removes new-organization creation and its account workspace while preserving management of existing owned organizations.

Email delivery

Platform settings configure shared Brevo delivery, sender identity, and credentials. Updates require the current password, CSRF token, and current settings revision. Credentials are encrypted and are never returned by the API.

Before the first platform save, environment defaults may be used. After saving, removing the stored key does not silently fall back to the environment key. Disabling email still allows invitation Copy link actions.

The organization directory is metadata-only; Platform Admin does not automatically grant tenant membership or record access.
