Dynamic Sheets

In Owner mode, open Admin Panel → Views, Groups & Sheets → Dynamic Sheets → Add. Choose an ObjectType or saved query, displayed fields, relationship paths and edit destinations as for a DynamicGroup. Existing contextual Groups can select Spreadsheet as their Display setting.

Save and choose Open Group for an Owner preview, or place the Sheet in a DynamicView. Members enter through an authorized View placement. Sheets share Group definitions and APIs; View restrictions, underlying data permissions, schema validation and revision checks apply to every operation.

Edit cells and rows

Click an editable cell to open its DataTables Editor input. Clicking outside saves it; clicking another editable cell saves the current field before opening the next. Tab saves and moves to the next editable cell among loaded rows, wrapping at the end; Shift+Tab moves backward. Read-only cells, row numbers and action controls are skipped. Validation errors keep the current input open.

The single trailing Actions column shows Editing... during editing. Sheets have no Edit, Save or Cancel editing buttons. Rows with neither edit nor delete permission show a muted lock. The trash button changes to Confirm Delete / Cancel before deletion.

The numbered, light-blue Add New Row placeholder opens an unsaved draft when creation is allowed. New drafts use normal input navigation and save on Enter or when clicking outside the row. Empty drafts are discarded. Required fields and configured creation permissions still apply.

Writes preserve each destination's revision checks. Multi-field writes can save earlier fields before a later field fails; the error identifies partial progress so remaining changes can be corrected. Summary results and drill-downs stay read-only.

Column formatting

Columns support automatic, text, number, USD currency, percentage and date formatting. Percentages use fractions: 0.75 displays as 75%. Negative numbers appear red. Formatting changes presentation only; it does not change stored values. There is no formatting toolbar, arbitrary conditional-format rules or spreadsheet formula engine.

Sheets inherit search, column filtering and sorting, and support custom Group buttons.
